    Is there a 10-star rating? If so, Dave Millar would easily get that. My journey finding a home in the Russian River area was not going to be a piece of cake for any realtor with whom I'd have worked. My budget wasn't a lot for the market, but Dave found me quite a few homes to see that fit my needs. In fact, he found three homes I wanted. When the first cabin started to make me uncomfortable during inspections, he had a lot of knowledge to offer on the subject and didn't hesitate to say don't do it if you're not completely comfortable. The second cottage was a much more desirable one, yet he knew what it would take to make an offer the sellers would choose in this hyper-competitive market. And he made it happen SUPER FAST. I closed in less than 30 days. I'm still amazed I'm living in my little Russian River cottage and thank Dave for that. Besides his experience and vast expertise about the area and the quirks of buying property here (and there are MANY), Dave is nice, funny, kind and RELIABLE. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    Had a great time as always , this time at Casa Verde. I especially want to recommend Elizabeth the dog sitter. She is available under Concierge services. Her calm and gentle demeanor immediately put my dog (and me) at ease. When we returned, my dog was totally relaxed; Elizabeth was reading to her!

    As a previous customer I had consistently excellent service. I needed to change banks due to frequent overseas transactions but still go in occasionally for rolls of quarters or changing bill denominations and they are still consistently courteous and competent. Small town feel to the place, friendly & relaxed.

    Happened to eat there during open mic night. Loved it! Delicious food and pizza. We had a ball. It was one of the highlights of our trip to California. It gives you a real feel for the local "hip" attitude.
